New Summer Menu at Zest!

Here at Zest, we have been hard at work making the most of fresh summer seasonal produce and are happy to unveil our new Dinner Summer Menu for 2017, which makes for the perfect accompaniment to the good weather and long relaxing evenings that summertime brings us.

Some of our new starters include our roast amoroso tomato soup with torched cheese boule, seared scallops served with potato & corn blini, white leek, burnt onion purée and fennel pollen dressing, as well as our luscious prawn croquettes with avocado purée, marinated cucumber and lemon mayo.

The latest additions to the mains feature something for everyone. There’s our fresh Atlantic sea bream served with tender broccoli purée, shellfish bouillabaisse, saffron potatoes and samphire, corn fed chicken supreme with roasted onion, honey glazed carrot, black garlic, smoked chive pomme purée, asparagus & jus, and a chargrilled dry aged 8oz Irish sirloin, with classic accompaniments of buttermilk onion rings, portobello mushroom, chunky chips & black garlic aioli - amongst a few other delights!

And what’s summer without a fruity dessert to finish off your meal? Our delectable Marinated Irish strawberries with vanilla cream and raspberry sorbet will do just the trick.
